Hes been slogging it out on the training paddock for over 12 months straight but finally iSelect Titans prop Matt White can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

After a torn anterior cruciate ligament ruined his 2013 campaign, the towering front rower is now eyeing off the clubs pre-season trial matches in February to make his comeback from injury after being given the green right to participate in full training with the rest of the Titans squad.

While the lengthy stint on the sidelines was tough, White says having the company of fellow knee reconstruction victims Beau Henry, Cody Nelson and Jamal Fogarty helped get him through the most difficult days.

But with the likes of Ryan James and Mark Ioane emerging in his absence last season, White knows he will have his work cut-out breaking back into the side.
