The iSelect Titans are hoping internationals David Taylor (calf) and Luke Bailey (neck) will be passed fit to play the final match of the season against the Bulldogs at Cbus Super Stadium on Sunday with the forward stocks still at a critical stage.

After having 10 forwards out of action last weekend, the Titans have lost captain Greg Bird, who has taken an early plea on the grade one dangerous tackle charge out of Sunday’s game in Auckland, and Cody Nelson with a hamstring injury.

Bailey is confident he has recovered after not travelling to Auckland while Taylor will be given until as late as Saturday to prove his fitness.

It will be the final game for the last remaining foundation members Bailey and Mark Minichiello.
