The Gold Coast Titans have welcomed CSG International to our corporate family as ‘back of jersey’ sponsor of our under-20s side in the National Youth League as well as a sponsor of our elite player development program.
The company, which has offices on the Gold Coast and Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea, will be a major partner in assisting the Titans provide a pathway for young players on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas through the junior ranks into the NYC and hopefully the NRL. And there is an opportunity for young PNG players to experience our development programs.
CSG International – which can oversee projects from inception to completion and manage all areas of the development including design, approvals, finance, construction, sales and marketing - are focused on expanding operations and into Papua New Guinea and facilitating major projects there which it hopes will make a significant contribution to the country’s rise as an internationally respected economy over the coming years.
Managing director Don Matheson sees the partnership with the Titans as a great pathway program for developing young players into the NRL, and he hopes there may also develop an opportunity for young PNG players to experience some of the Titans junior development programs and see the Titans as a pathway to the NRL.

“As the major sponsor of the new Digicel Cup team Waghi Tumbe in the PNG national rugby league competition we believe our arrangement with both clubs will identify highly talented footballers in PNG and assist in creating a sporting pathway into the very credible Titans development programs.
“There is simply no better way to lift the morale of a developing nation than by giving opportunities to individuals to represent their province and country in a game that is so deeply cherished by all its people.”
