Aquis Titans coach Neil Henry spoke today on the rapid developments overnight which led to the signing of Parramatta utility forward Nathan Peats.

"It was very quick as has been documented in the media ... we had notification last night about 7 o'clock that it would happen.

"He's a utility player who has also played a fair bit in the back row and has played close to 90 first grade games now; he's a tough competitor and with Matt Srama out for the year with an ACL injury and Daniel Mortimer out now with a hamstring problem too that has reoccured, he will certainly add depth to our squad and a bit of versatility to our forwards."
