Aquis Titans lock Greg Bird spoke to a packed media contingent before yesterday's first training session for the week.
Joining the training session was new recruit Jarryd Hayne and Bird said the side is looking forward to seeing him in action.
"Everyone is pretty excited, everyone knows what he can do on the football field and knows the attention he is going to bring to the team," he said.
