Ben Woolf looks at NYC season

Gold Training under-20s coach Ben Woolf looks back on the 2016 season and ahead to next year after preparations began with an open trial.

The NYC squad missed the finals after a terrible run with injury but threw up some promising young players who will back up next season in the Holden Cup.

One of them is prop Max King who was a runaway player of the year winner. Woolf speaks glowingly of his contribution this season.
