Titans staff have been busy this week visiting schools in support of Mental Health Week.
The aim of Mental Health Week is to promote social and emotional wellbeing to the community, encouraging people to maximise their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families, individuals and increasing mental health recovery.
Titans Community & Game Development staff ran physical activities for students to engage in with the class mates which shows that exercise has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also your mental health.
In your brain, exercise stimulates chemicals that improve your mood and the parts of the brain responsible for memory and learning.
Thanks to the kids at Labrador State School and Merrimac State School for being great sports and joining in.
