The Aquis Gold Coast Titans can confirm the pre-season schedule ahead of what will be a bumper 2017 season.
First up the side will travel to Auckland on February 4 & 5 to participate in the Downer NRL Auckland Nines tournament. With pool matches against the Bulldogs, Sharks and Panthers first up. With the right results, the side will be looking to go one step further than last year and qualify for the Final.
The following week the Titans will travel to Alice Springs to take on the Parramatta Eels. With the NRL All-Stars match also on the same night, players Jarryd Hayne and Konrad Hurrell wil be missing in action but Coach Neil Henry will look to give a number of players a hit-out.
The final trial will see the club take on the New Zealand Warriors in Palmerston North. The final trial is usually the time where Coaches put out their best 17 for at least a period of the match, so look for Coach Henry to roll out all the stocks at some stage throughout this match.
