Halfback Ash Taylor has taken responsibility for his performance last Sunday, declaring it was probably one of the worst performances of his career.
Taylor had a tally of five errors during the loss to the Broncos and is looking forward to making amends this Sunday against the Roosters at Cbus Super Stadium.
"I think that's what it is," Taylor said of the disappointment. "It was probably one of the worst performances of my career.
"I really need to get away from the errors. It needs to be better and I'll work with the team and the coaches."
Taylor was today wearing compression on his left calf but definitely wasn't using it as an excuse.
"It's from last week, just a bit of calf issue. It's just something I've been carrying but that's not an excuse for the performance on the weekend.
"The best thing about footy is that you don't need to wait till long to play again."
One man that was brought into the side last weekend and due to Dale Copley's injury, is Konrad Hurrell.
"He was pretty disappointed to lose his position and I know he's been itching to get back.
"We're not sure what side he'll line up on at the moment but the current right side has been bonding well."
And on the opposition this Sunday?
"It'll be a tough one, the Roosters have been going good and are in the top eight. We want to give those top eight sides a shake through the back end of the year."
