Nathan Peats is our player to watch this week as the Titans host the Canberra Raiders at Cbus Super Stadium.
After working his way back into the side, the hooker has been playing big minutes in recent weeks and his work in defence has been valuable.
Peats is averaging 45 tackles per game and topped the tackle count with 58 in the Titans win over the North Queensland Cowboys in Round 13 and 48 the following week against Cronulla.
His service out of dummy half will be important as the Titans look to get on the front foot against last year’s grand finalists.
Prop Jaimin Jolliffe says Peats has helped the forwards get a roll on in recent weeks.
“He is the kind of bloke that is just everywhere you need him to be.
“I’ve been enjoying working with him and he has advice for us blokes.
“He give us (the middles) confidence to go out there and do you job”.
Peats’ opposite number will be Siliva Havili, with England international Josh Hodgson still missing through injury for the Raiders.
