Renee has been with the Titans since the club’s foundation in 2007, when she joined as a development officer, and counts her work with social inclusion as the most personally rewarding.

Titans Chairman Dennis Watt says the award is an endorsement of all the great programs that she drives and the people that she touches through her work.

"There is a lot of goodwill for this club in the community and when you look closely at it you can see that Renee has had a lot to do with creating that for the Club," Watt said.

"She personifies the big-heartedness of this Club.
