The two played in the Titans trial match against the Warriors in Lismore, but will make their first premiership season start with the Gold Coast after joining in the off-season.
Fifita and Fa’asuamaleaui join Jarrod Wallace, Moeaki Fotuaika and Kevin Proctor in a formidable Titans pack.
Ash Taylor and Jamal Fogarty will look to build on their 2020 combination, with the two playmakers to line up in the halves.
AJ Brimson will wear the number one, with the 22-year-old fit and ready to fire at fullback.
Corey Thompson and Anthony Don have won the race to the hotly contested wing positions, with significant depth in this area meaning there were plenty of candidates to line up on the flanks.
Patrick Herbert will come up against his old Club and will also make his first NRL appearance for the Gold Coast, he’ll play at right centre, while it’ll be the reigning Paul Broughton Medallist Brian Kelly who will take his place on the left.
Mitch Rein rounds out the starting side at hooker.
The Titans bench is made-up of power and creativity, with Tyrone Peachey offering plenty of versatility in the number 14 jersey.
The former NSW Origin representative will be joined on the bench by 2020 Titans Rookie of the Year Jaimin Jolliffe, Sam Lisone and Erin Clark.
