Second row front and centre, with Fifita to meet Su'a

They're mates, former team-mates and future Origin team-mates - but on Friday night, they'll come head-to-head as our key matchup when the Titans host the Rabbitohs in the NRL's Anzac Round at Cbus Super Stadium.

David Fifita and Jayden Su'a will clash as the Titans host the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Cbus Super Stadium on Friday night.

Fifita has had a flying start to 2021.

The 21-year old has notched seven Dally M votes through the first six rounds with his new club, averaging 152 running metres per game.

In comparison, Su'a - who is the same height as Fifita but 9kg lighter - is averaging 92 running metres across his first six appearances in 2021.

Fifita's attacking game has been superb and at times unstoppable.

He has six tries and sits as the Titans leading try scorer so far this season, while Su'a will be looking for his first try of the season at Cbus Super Stadium on Friday.

Fifita has 41 tackle breaks and 16 offloads, emphasising his danger with ball in hand.

The Rabbitoh leads the tackle stats, with Su'a averaging 28 tackles per game compared to Fifita's 24 and is known for his strong defence.

Su'a made his State of Origin debut for Queensland in 2020 and played all three games in the Maroons series victory against New South Wales, while Fifita will be looking to return to the arena after missing last year with injury.

Both young players bring plenty to their respective sides and should their team win, there's a fair chance that they will have had an impact on the game such is their talent.
