Fotuaika, Proctor to start as Titans take on big Raiders pack

The Titans will fight fire with fire with a big pack to start the game against the Raiders this afternoon.

Moeaki Fotuaika will come off the bench and start, while Tyrone Peachey heads back to the bench.

Against a big Raiders pack led by Queensland and Australian rep Josh Papalii, the Titans will look to win the battle in the middle early before the crafty Peachey comes onto the field.

There are some big inclusions for the Gold Coast Titans for this Saturday's Round 16 clash against the Canberra Raiders.

AJ Brimson headlines those returning, with the fullback to play his first game since State of Origin game one after recovering from a knee complaint.

Corey Thompson will play his 100th NRL game in the match and is back after injuring his ankle against the Broncos in round eight.  The winger is a key addition and was arguably the Titans best player through the opening two months of the season.

Beau Fermor (hamstring) and Sam Lisone (pec) are also back in the Titans side after missing through injury and will return from the interchange bench.

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, Moeaki Fotuaika and David Fifita all return to the Titans squad after being part of the State of Origin series, while co-captain Kevin Proctor is the other addition as he returns from a one-week suspension.

Fa'asuamaleaui will move to the front row, with Tyrone Peachey to start at lock.

Tune into Fox League or Kayo to watch the Titans take on the Raiders from 5.30pm.
