Already contracted for 2022, Lisone’s new deal could see him remain a Titan until the end of the 2024 season.
The 27-year-old has played 34 games for the Titans across the past two seasons, after notching 85 games previously at the New Zealand Warriors.
The experienced forward came off the interchange bench in all of his appearances this season, providing power and energy in his time on-field.
Titans Coach Justin Holbrook says Lisone has a big role to play in the Titans future success.
“Sam brings plenty to our squad and I’m thrilled that he has decided to commit to the Titans long-term.
“He is a leader among our squad and the impact and energy that he brings is extremely important.
“Sam’s experience is also vital to compliment our exciting group of young forwards.”
Lisone is now locked in for 2022 and 2023, with the club having the option for a further season in 2024.
