As the club’s Principal Partner, the MyPayNow logo sits proudly on the front of the club’s jersey each week, but the fintech organisation is also heavily contributing to help those in need across the Titans’ community.
At the Gold Coast Titans’ first home game of the 2022 season, the club’s Principal Partner kicked off the gameday flood relief fund with a $5000 contribution to assist those in need across Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
However, MyPayNow haven’t stopped there.
To kick off the season they have continued to support the Gold Coast community at each home game.
This is being done through a commitment to match the amount raised for each Gold Coast Titans Game Day Charity partner through the 50/50 game day raffle at every home game, up to the amount of $1,250.
Titans CEO, Steve Mitchell, was glowing in his praise of MyPayNow
“We are immensely proud to be in partnership with MyPayNow, who like us, have their roots here on the Gold Coast and share a united dedication to inspire our communities,” Mitchell said.
“Through initiatives like matching the funds raised for each of the game day charity partners this year they are doing just that.”
As part of this commitment, MyPayNow will donate to the Jack Beasley Foundation and Down Syndrome Queensland as the Round 2 and Round 4 Game Day Charity Partners, with other charities throughout the year to become beneficiaries of their generosity.
MyPayNow Managing Director Bronson Powe said giving back to the community was an important part of his organisation’s makeup.
“To be able to give back and support the community and these fantastic organisations is incredibly important to MyPayNow,” Powe said
“Becoming Principal Partner of the Gold Coast Titans has provided a great platform for us to extend our reach in assisting those in need and it is something we feel very passionately about.”
The Titans are looking to the season’s ahead and working with MyPayNow on other community initiatives.
As part of this commitment, MyPayNow will donate to the Jack Beasley Foundation, Down Syndrome Queensland and the Youth Music Venture as the Round 2, Round 4 and Round 5 Game Day Charity Partners, with other charities throughout the year to become beneficiaries of their generosity.
The Round 8 50/50 Game Day Charity Partner will be the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation.
