A two-try haul from Titans young gun Jojo Fifita has helped the Tweed Seagulls overpower the Burleigh Bears in Round 4 of the Hostplus Cup.
It was a complete shut out from the Seagulls in the first half, leading 24-0 at the break with the 19-year-old flyer crossing in both the second and 33rd minutes to help put the foot down in the rivalry round clash.
Fellow Gold Coast players Alofiana Khan-Pereira, Tony Francis, Herman Ese'ese, Jacob Alick, Paul Turner and Sam Lisone also featured in the Queensland Cup match, pressing their first grade cases and giving coach Justin Holbrook plenty to think about selection-wise.
