Round 24 team: Haas gets crack at Cbus

Titans young gun Klese Haas will make his NRL debut, named on the bench for Sunday's clash against the Newcastle Knights.

The 20-year-old will run on to Cbus Super Stadium in jersey #17, capping an impressive finish to his 2022 season.

After attending Titans partner school Keebra Park State High and progressing through the Future Titans System, Haas made his Hostplus Cup debut this season for the Tweed Seagulls.

An agile second rower, Haas' form has impressed Gold Coast Coach Justin Holbrook with the youngster to make his debut in front of the Titans Legion.

Brian Kelly has recovered from injury and has been named in the centres and he will be joined by Phillip Sami who is progressing well from a head knock last round.

Sam McIntyre will continue in the hooking role, with Jaimin Jolliffe named to join captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui in the starting front row.

In the final home game of the NRL season at home, the Titans will celebrate the Legion and thank Members for their support across the year.
