The Australian PDRL team have completed their inaugural World Cup campaign in England, receiving the Fair Play Award for their performance in the tournament.
With 9 Titans players in the side, Australia played three hard fought games against England, New Zealand, and Wales.
Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a victory in those matches, but their actions on the field and comradery with opposition players earnt the side the Fair Play Award of the tournament.
England would go on to win the PDRL World Cup, defeating New Zealand in the final to secure victory on home soil.
A historic moment for Physical Disability Rugby League, the four side tournament marks the first competition for PDRL on the international stage.
Australian player Bryce Crane was named player of the tournament, an award voted by the BBC Sport.
Crane scored a number of tries across the competition, including a hattrick against Wales, and was also named Player's Player of the World Cup, an award voted by the players of the four countries.
In total, Australia and Australian players took home three of the five awards handed out at the Tournament closing ceremony held over the weekend.

"To pull on an Australia shirt is a dream come true for all of us guys. None of us ever thought we'd ever represent Australia in anything, let alone rugby league.
"I love the sport and feel blessed that I get to play it, and that's what PDRL is about."
