NRL 2023: Titans, Late mail: English recruit to debut in Dragons derby

Kruise Leeming will become Titan #183 when he makes his NRL debut against the Dragons at Cbus Super Stadium today.

Bringing 187 games of English Super League experience to the Gold Coast, the 27-year-old former Leeds Rhinos captain will play his first game from the interchange bench, giving coach Justin Holbrook a number of options with his versatility to play at both hooker and in the halves.

Coming out of the team for Leeming is Klese Haas, who becomes 18th man today, with the remainder of the side as per program from the original team named on Tuesday.

One of three changes made from the Round 4 lineup, Jayden Campbell will start his first game of the season in the No. 1 jersey; meanwhile, Toby Sexton will break his 252 day NRL hiatus with a recall to the halves alongside Tanah Boyd.
