Nine Titans named in Queensland Under 19 squad

Emerging talent from Queensland’s pathway programs and competitions will come together this weekend to continue preparations for next month’s Under 19 women’s match against New South Wales.  

This will include nine contracted Titans who will make up the 24-player squad following strong showings at the Women’s National Championships on the Gold Coast.

Chantay Kiria-Ratu, Dannii Perese, Destiny Mino-Sinapati, Estanoa Faitala, Lily Kolc, Malaela Su'a, Matekino Gray, Rilee Jorgensen and Sienna Lofipo will all enter camp on Friday in Redcliffe. 

Queensland Under 19 head coach Deanna Turner and her assistants Maia Tua-Davidson and Meg Ward will put the squad members through their work during the camp.

Harvey Norman Queensland Maroons head coach Tahnee Norris will also provide support as part of her female pathways role with the QRL.

Following the camp, selectors will meet to finalise the team to take on NSW on July 13.
