Round 15 was a perfect outcome for the Gold Coast Titans - two competition points for a win over the Wests Tigers and no injuries to report.
In their first game back from pec and hamstring injuries respectively, both Jaimin Jolliffe and AJ Brimson got through their comeback matches unscathed.
Jolliffe, playing his first game since round one, had 10 runs and 25 tackles in his 25 minutes on-field. One of the Coast's most consistent performers in recent seasons, Jolliffe highlighted why he has been missed with strong defense and hard running the hallmark of his return game.
AJ Brimson showed why he is one of the Titans most valuable players, starring on his return at fullback. After missing games through consecutive hamstring injuries, Brimson was untroubled as he put in a strong all-round performance.
In his second game back from injury, Sam Verrills was able to get through a full 80 minutes at hooker and has pulled up well.
Missing the match after delayed concussion symptoms presented, David Fifita will be fit for Origin selection and a return to Titans colours after the next match for Queensland.
Experienced half Kieran Foran is also nearing a return, with performance staff eyeing the round 17 fixtures against the Broncos as his likely return game.
Foran started field running again this week and will look to increase his training load into the local derby fixture.
