Jaime Chapman and Rilee Jorgensen will miss next Saturday's clash against the Roosters after the pair were judged to show Category 1 symptoms in Round 4's contest in Newcastle.
Only having returned from injury for the Sunday afternoon affair, Chapman left the field in the 66th minute, replaced by Jorgensen, who was also forced back to the sidelines 90 seconds later to also undergo a head injury assessment.
The duo will follow the NRL's mandatory 11-day stand-down protocol, which will see them miss the Titans' Round 5 match-up against the Roosters at Cbus Super Stadium next Saturday.
