12 weeks of smiles, tackles and tags concluded recently as season 2023 of the Gold Coast Titans Leaguability program came to a close.
In a year of milestones for the program, the club saw largest number of participants with 73 and the most amount of games played with 19 in what was a bumper season.
With players able to train and play out of the home of the Titans, Cbus Super Stadium, the program was elevated to new heights in 2023.
Always a fan favourite, the Leaguability program played curtain raiser to the Titans NRL and NRLW sides on three occasions this year, with the pure joy seen by participants lighting up the supporting crowd.
The chance for players to be on the field that so many of their heroes have graced was one that made the opportunity to play irresistible in 2023 and resulted in 16% growth in participation year on year.
At the club's recent awards event, the Paul Broughton Medal, Chairman Dennis Watt spoke of the joy the program brings to the whole community as three participants were recognised for their significant achievements across All Abilities, Intellectual Disability Rugby League (IDRL) and Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL), with a full list of award winners featured below.
