Steve Mitchell is one very excited CEO.
With the Gold Coast hosting five home games in the opening 10 rounds, the Titans chief executive is full of energy with the amount of footy to be played at Cbus Super Stadium early in the season against quality opposition, and it's all set to kick-off at home from Round 1 when the Titans face the Dragons on Saturday night.

"We have five home games in the first 10 rounds, so there's plenty of footy to see and to help us get off to a good start, and obviously Des is going to be leading the charge," Mitchell said.
"Our season opener against the Dragons in Round 1 is going to be a pretty pivotal night because we've got AJ Brimson's 100th, Isaac Liu's 250th and it's Brian Kelly's 100th game with the club, so we've got a couple of milestones that night.
"The Dragons are a well-supported club and draw a big crowd, so it'll be a really good way for us to start the season... especially with a win."

The Legion won't have to wait long for a Queensland derby either... the Titans are hosting the Sunshine Showdown in Round 4 against the Dolphins in the Coast's second home game of the year, which happens to also be Easter Saturday.
"Our Dolphins clash is at a great family-friendly time over the Easter weekend," Mitchell said.
"Local derbies as we saw last year were enormous for us and to have that on Easter Saturday gives people the chance to come along to the footy and there's still got a couple of extra days with the kids to enjoy which is pretty exciting."

Hosting 10 of the club's 11 home games on weekends, Mitchell is super excited to continue seeing a number of blockbuster matchups in family-friendly timeslots for the entire community to be able to attend.
"Saturdays and Sundays are really friendly times to bring the kids along," he said.
"We always have a a lot of engagement out in the precinct, on the ground, you can take the kids on the field after the match and there's the opportunity see the players afterwards.
"It works for us and it's a big part of our community, so having those time slots is really good."
Titans Drawopoly: Game on for 2024
The 2024 NRLW draw has also been released in conjunction with the NRL fixture - the Gold Coast again hosting four games with plenty of excitement surrounding this year's grand finalists to go all the way after coming so close to their maiden premiership.
"We got through to the grand finals this year and the squad did an extraordinary job," Mitchell said.
"We've been fortunate enough to quite keep the main part of that squad together and obviously the recent extensions of both Shannon Mato and Jess Ellison bolster some of the critical pieces to our team.
"To have four games at home is super exciting and having them run out with our NRL squad as well as standalone... I can't wait!"
