Locked in: Brimson remains chance of return against Eels
AJ Brimson still remains a chance of returning for Saturday's showdown at home, confirmed in Des Hasler's 19-man squad against the Eels.
Named on the extended bench for the clash at Cbus Super Stadium, the 25-year-old was part of captain's run on Friday with the Titans now giving the dynamo every opportunity to prove his fitness ahead of kick-off.
In good news for Gold Coast fans, Jayden Campbell is expected to make his 50th NRL appearance after looking to have overcome a metacarpal fracture following his record-breaking outing against the Warriors in Round 16.
Phil Sami is also looking to come back after missing last week due to a calf strain.
In readiness for game day, Hasler has made one change to the bench with Joe Stimson moving onto the pine in place of Jacob Alick-Wiencke; the versatile forward returning to the Hostplus Cup alongside Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui and Jaylan De Groot who have also been cut from the extended squad.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm Saturday at Cbus Super Stadium, Gold Coast.
