The NRL's Women in League Round celebrates the women playing crucial roles at every level of the Rugby League community, from executives, to head coaches like Karyn Murphy, and on field talent like Evania Pelite, and Belinda Sharpe (referee) inspiring the next generation on the fields and screens each week.
The NRL believe every young girl should know that there’s a role for them in Rugby League.
Work and Play: Lauren Brown's sacrifices paying off
The Round falls during Round 2 of the NRLW and Round 22 of the NRL Telstra Premiership seasons and in great news for Titans fans, the club is at home, at Cbus Super Stadium, for both games this week.
The Titans take on the Wests Tigers in the NRLW Saturday before taking on the Broncos in the Macca's Local Derby at 3pm.
The day will also see the club's Leagueability teams play at halftime of the NRL game and celebrations of women in league across the day.
In an exciting edition to the day, we'll have eight all-female junior Rugby League teams from seven Gold Coast clubs playing on field at half-time of the NRLW game.
