Judiciary update: Moeaki Fotuaika

Gold Coast forward Moeaki Fotuaika has been charged by the match review committee following the Titans' Round 23 clash against the Sharks on Friday.

Being sin-binned in 18th minute for an accidental high tackle on Cameron McInnes, the prop has been hit with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle charge which will result in a likely one-match ban.

Should the 138-game star take the early plea, he will miss next Sunday's away game against the Dragons. Should he fight the charge and be found guilty at the hearing, he will also miss Round 25 against the Roosters at Cbus Super Stadium.

David Fifita was also charged with a Grade 1 Shoulder Charge from the 3rd minute of the game, which attracts a $1,500 should he elect to take the early guilty plea.

No pleas have been submitted at this time.
