Round 24 team: Fermor given every chance as history beckons against Dragons
The Titans may welcome back key forward Beau Fermor as early as this week as they prepare to travel to Wollongong for a history-making occasion against the Dragons.
Celebrating Kieran Foran's 300th NRL appearance - the first player to achieve the milestone in Titans colours - the Gold Coast will hope the edge forward will be given the green light to return in an added boost given the loss of Moeaki Fotuaika due to suspension.
Jaimin Jolliffe has been promoted to start in his place, with Keenan Palasia joining the interchange bench; whilst AJ Brimson returns to the pine with Brian Kelly's inclusion after missing last Friday due to illness.
A huge occasion for the club given the enormity of Foran's milestone, the Titans are also hoping to avenge their Round 1 defeat and create history by clinching their first victory in the Illawarra region, having been unsuccessful in their previous five visits to the venue.
Kick-off is at 2pm on Sunday at WIN Stadium, Wollongong.
