There was only one Titans affiliate club in action for the Hostplus Cup over the weekend with the Ipswich Jets shocking the Burleigh Bears to record a 32-20 victory on Saturday afternoon.
Titans players Arama Hau, Ken Maumalo and Ryan Foran were in action for the Jets side who, although they sat 14th compared to the Bears 5th going into the weekend, put in a strong showing to take down the finals hopefuls.
Maumalo found himself on the score sheet in the 35th minute to help his side take victory.
The Jets will now play the Souths Logan Magpies this Sunday in the final round of the regular season, while the Tweed Seagulls will take on the Central Queensland Capras after having the bye at the weekend.
