Locked in: De Groot to debut with Kini ruled out
Future Titans alumni Jaylan De Groot is set to make his NRL debut with Keano Kini ruled out of this Sunday's clash against the Knights in Newcastle.
Picking up a cork in last Sunday's showdown against the Roosters, the dynamic No. 1 failed to pass a fitness test on Friday, opening the door for De Groot's opportunity to become Titan #192 in the Hunter Region.
Phil Sami has also been ruled out again after niggling injuries continue to plague the experienced outside back; Keenan Palasia joins the bench as coverage ahead of their clash against the Knights.
Kick-off is at 2pm on Sunday at McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle.
