Injury report: Two Titans headed for surgery

Two Titans will head for early surgery on ankle injuries, bringing an end to their 2024 campaigns.

David Fifita and Phillip Sami will both go under the knife, with the pair expected to be available to return for pre-season duties.

After missing the round 26 loss to the Knights, livewire fullback Keano Kini is a chance of returning for the final round of the season.

The 20-year-old had a corked calf, but will be given every chance of playing against the Panthers on Saturday.

Good news for the Titans NRLW side, who are set to welcome back Sienna Lofipo from injury for Sunday's match against Parramatta.

The young playmaker is a welcome addition to Karyn Murphy's side and looks to have recovered from an arm injury that ruled her out of last week's loss to the Sharks.

Rilee Jorgensen is expected to be named in the 22 player squad after missing last week with a back injury.
