7.50pm: Young gun claims Paul Broughton Medal

Keano Kini has taken home the Gold Coast’s top honour to reward his stellar season in Titans colours.

Taking his NRL opportunity with both hands, the 20-year-old was the most consistent performer on the field in 2024, averaging a whopping 212 running metres per game.

Kini’s talent has not gone unnoticed, with the Rugby League Players’ Association announcing the young gun in contention for this year’s Players’ Champion award decided later this month.

7.45pm: Kelly earns NRL Players’ Player

Dedicated to making a difference both on and off the field, it is no surprise Brian Kelly has been honoured by his peers as Players’ Player.

Kelly has also been nominated by the club for the 2024 Ken Stephen Medal - Man of the Year for going above and beyond in his commitment to community projects.

7.40pm: Pahulu claims NRL Rookie of the Year

A long and prosperous NRL career is expected for 20-year-old Josiah Pahulu, who has claimed the Rookie of the Year after an impressive 19 games at the top grade beginning with a sensational debut against the Cowboys in Round 5.

7.10pm: Members’ MVPs

Two of the Legion’s favourites have been named the Members’ Most Valuable Players for the 2024 season with Jayden Campbell and Evania Pelite getting the two thumbs up from the Titans faithful in one of the most important awards of the night.

Campbell excited the Legion with his incredible 26-point haul over the Warriors back in Round 16 – breaking the club’s all-time points and goal-scoring records, whilst Pelite has taken home the MVP honour for the third time in a row.

7pm: Chapman honoured with 'The Preston'

Awarded to a club participant who embodies what it means to be a Titan, Jaime Chapman receives this year’s Preston Award.

A wonderful ambassador for the game and a proud Kamilaroi woman, Chapman is proactive in finding events and community members who need support, making it her personal mission to support them.

Chapmans’ service has also seen her as a 2024 Veronica White Medal – Woman of the Year nominee, which recognises the genuine contributions a NRLW player has made not only on the field, but their positive impact in their local community.

6.55pm: Grant, Fiso acknowledged for Netball excellence

Shenae Grant has been announced as the Sapphire Series player of the year after helping the Titans get to the grand final – the highest ranking yet for the side in its third season. Grant moved from Ruby to Sapphire series in 2024 after an impressive season last year – earning player of the year in 2023 for the Ruby team.

Dellwyn Fiso has equally played well in the Ruby Series – which qualified for their second grand final appearance against the Tigers in the decider – with her leadership qualities rewarded with player of the year honours.

6.50pm: Leagueability players acknowledged

A hugely important program of the Gold Coast Titans, the club’s Leagueability program continues to go from strength to strength with further growth again in 2024.

This has culminated in nine Titans players currently part of the Physical Disability Rugby League Australia Development Squad (PDRLA Development Squad)  in preparation for the 2026 Rugby League World Cup.

Recognising their outstanding performance on and off the field this season, Dylan Bourke (IDRL), Drew Robinson (PDRL) and Christiaan Cornet (All Abilities) are this year's Leagueability players of the year.
