Emerging forward to join Titans after grand final berth

The Titans are pleased to confirm Tukimihia Simpkins will join the Gold Coast's development roster in 2025 for the next two seasons.

The 22-year-old returns to the NRL after a strong season with the Norths Devils in 2024, preparing to line up in this weekend's grand final against the Redcliffe Dolphins.

The New Zealand-born prop made his first grade debut and played five games with the Wests Tigers in 2021 and 2022, before moving to Brisbane in 2024 and dominating in the Hostplus Cup to earn a full-time contract again.

Titans coach Des Hasler is looking forward to welcoming Simpkins to his squad.

"Tuki has been really impressive for the Norths Devils this season and it's great to have him join our development roster in 2025 to bolster our pack," he said.

"We're excited to see him continue his rugby league journey with us."
