Injury update: Lauren Brown

Titans playmaker Lauren Brown is in doubt for the upcoming Pacific Championships after leaving the field with a hamstring injury in the Prime Minister's XIII clash against Papua New Guinea.

Going down with the devastating blow after only three minutes on-field in Sunday's contest, the 29-year-old will be sent for scans but is expected to miss the Jillaroos' opener against the Orchids on Friday night, as well as their clash against the Kiwi Ferns in New Zealand.

It's been a tough six weeks for Brown with injuries, having only just recovered from a fractured hand which forced her to watch on from the sidelines for the final two rounds of NRLW.
