Titans members and fans will have to wait an extra week to see Gold Coast take the field in 2025 with the NRL confirming a bye in Round 1 of next year's Telstra Premiership.
With the opening round fixtures announced on Sunday, it will give coach Des Hasler and his squad the chance to watch over the rest of the competition ahead of their first game in Round 2.
In Round 1; the Raiders face the Warriors and the Panthers host the Sharks in Las Vegas, before games return to Australia with the Broncos travelling to Sydney to face the Roosters on Thursday, March 6.
In other opening fixtures; Benji Marshall's Wests Tigers host the Knights, Wayne Bennett has an early return to Phinland against the Dolphins, the Dragons take on the Bulldogs, the Sea Eagles and Cowboys battle and new Parramatta coach Jason Ryles' first test will be against his former Melbourne Storm side.
The full 2025. draw is expected to be announced on Thursday, November 21.
