Brian Kelly
Age: 28 | Appearances: 169
A mainstay of the Titans backline in recent years, Brian Kelly is expected to again play a key role in 2025. Entering his seventh season on the Gold Coast, the former Paul Broughton Medalist will again be a key cog in Des Hasler's side. Fresh off a strong performance for the Indigenous All Stars, expect BK to have a big 2025.
Phillip Sami
Age: 27 | Appearances: 121
Another key player in the Titans backline ranks, the former Origin flyer could spend more time in the centres in 2025. Able to play both centre and wing, Sami has worn the #4 jersey in both trial games and is tipped to be named there for the Titans first fixture against the Bulldogs in round two. Where flying Phillip fit into your team?
Harley-Smith Shields
Age: 25 | Appearances: 20
In his second season on the Gold Coast, Harley Smith-Shields is making his way back from injury to start the 2025 season. After playing five games for the Titans in his first year at the club, the former Raiders flyer will be looking to add to his tally this season.
Carter Gordon
Age: 24 | Appearances: 0
Having reached the pinnacle in rugby union, the former Wallabies fly-half makes his transition full-time to rugby league in 2025. There's plenty of speculation around what his best position will be, but plenty of Titans team-pickers have selected Gordon as one of their centre preferences. Making his way back from injury to start the season, plenty of Titans fans are excited to see Gordon push for an NRL debut this year.

Other contenders
Aside from the four candidates listed above, you've got other options to select if you want to think outside the box. Jojo Fifita has played both trial matches on the wing, but could definitely make his way further in-field throughout the year. Beau Fermor will be picked in the back row by most Titans fans, but remember he did also start some games in 2024 at centre and showed plenty of ability in the position. Or maybe you think AJ Brimson's best position is centre. Select your team and see how close you come to Des Hasler's Round 2 side.
